Type Auce

Type Auce is a typographic specimen created for a design event in Auce, Latvia, where the audience brings an appreciation for type and its nuances. The project explores how retro text effects can coexist with modular letterforms, paired with the clean rationality of Neue Haas Grotesk. It became an exercise in understanding type pairing and composition, testing how contrasting styles can create visual tension without chaos.
